Monday marked another milestone for the Aviva Stadium as the countdown to the first game continues. The O2 Challenge between young players from Leinster/Ulster and Connacht/Munster takes place on Saturday and the posts for this historic match were erected yesterday.

The countdown to the historic first game at the Aviva Stadium continues and yesterday saw the posts for the O2 Challenge match erected.

The Irish rugby public are eagerly looking forward to next Saturday, July 31 at 2.30pm. The whistle will sound and the first ball will be kicked in the first match at the Aviva Satdium.

Rugby fans will be delighted to see that the posts went up yesterday for this historic match between the young players from Leinster/Ulster and Connacht/Munster, many of whom have been capped at Ireland U-18 Clubs and Schools level this season and last.
