Mick Galwey was welcomed to Dingle by Rugbai Corca Dhuibhne to present the new jerseys which are, this season, being sponsored by Siopa Londis Ui Fhlaithearta (O'Flaherty's Londis) of Dingle.

Cumann Rugbai Corca Dhuibhne's senior squad is competing in the South Munster J2 League this season.

The club's rapid development has seen rugby become West Kerry's fastest growing sport in an area previously dominated by Gaelic football.

Club representatives were delighted to welcome Mick Galwey to Dingle as they look forward to 2009 with the club expanding to include a broad spectrum of under-age training structures for boys and girls along with a senior ladies team.

The club will lead trips abroad to Ireland internationals in 2009 and are also looking forward to outings from West Kerry to Thomond Park to see their Munster heroes compete in the Heineken Cup.
