Munster have qualified as top seeds for the 2009/10 Heineken Cup quarter-finals and will entertain Northampton Saints in a rematch of their Round 6 battle.

7. Ospreys (best pool runners-up)
8. Northampton Saints (second best pool runners-up)

The quarter-final matches, to be played over the weekend of April 9/10/11, 2010, will be:

The three Heineken Cup pool runners-up who have qualified for the Amlin Challenge Cup quarter-finals are:
