Player Biog
A big, ball-carrying back rower who does plenty of unseen work as well, the Lisburn man is a former pupil of Wallace High School and is no overnight success.
He had impressive run-outs for the Ireland Under-21 and Sevens sides and his reputation grew by captaining the Ulster 'A' team.
The Ballymena clubman had his Ulster development contract upgraded to a full contract for the 2007/08 season.
Henry featured strongly for Ireland A in the 2009 Churchill Cup and has forced his way into the Ireland squad. He has also captained Ulster in the 09/10 season.
